You read them and your hand is stretching for your valet. STOP! Now is just the time to think it over. Here is the first deception - expenses already began (you need your valet first).

But it is not all what you need to lose weight. Only making efforts and with a help of your will you can obtain slim beautiful figure. The passion you need also.

Mainly all offered recommendations can be summarized in following well known rules:

First - Eat 5-6 times a day in small portions reducing quantity of fats and carbohydrates.

Second - Dinner must be low calorie and not too late.

Third - Increase physical activity; visit regularly gymnasium, swimming-pool and so on.

If it is new for you then go to the book store and buy any book about weight loss without doubts. It will help you for sure.

The pharmacists are also ready to help you to lose weight. In any drugstore you will find plenty of weight loss teas and tablets. But choose carefully. Many of them are simply ordinary laxatives.

There are pills that can reduce your appetite. But it is much harder to suppress your "psychological desire" to eat. Your stomach is full but your eyes still want something to eat. Is it known to you? If you can not manage with this "psychological desire" it will be hard to lose weight with any pills.

Moreover you must get rid of the habit to muffle any problem with the tasty meal. It is much better to switch on something interesting on something you really like to do. In this case your fridge has no such great power on you.

From the other hand if you want to muffle the problem with foodstuffs it means that the problem is not actually so serious. When anybody has a real stress you hardly imagine him/her with a full mouth.

If you want to lose excess weight the first and very important step you must do is to understand yourself. You must know where you can make mistakes during your weight loss program. Then it will be much easier to avoid them. That means that you must create your own weight loss program your lifestyle where the meal is not your only joy.
