Try This Breakfast For More Energy and Weight Loss

What if I told you, that there was a way you could eat as much as you want for breakfast yet still lose weight. Would this appeal to you? For most people that I know, this sounds like a great plan! 

Breakfast is indeed the most important meal for your day. But not necessarily in the way that you have been taught in the past. Most of us have heard one time or another that breakfast should be the heaviest meal of the day. But is this really so? 

Between the hours of 4 a.m. and 12 PM our bodies are actually going through its elimination process that is the removal of wastes and toxins from the system. If we are eating a heavy meal during this time that our bodies will not be able to perform its elimination process, because it has to spend more time and energy concentrating on digestion. "But I thought you said I could eat as much as I want for breakfast?" This is true, but it must be a particular type of food group that I would talk about later. 

For those of us who are trying to lose weight for elimination process is vital to that endeavor. If the body does not eliminate waste properly, then we get waste, debris and toxic buildup, which the body cannot use, and is very harmful to our system. The ways that the body is not able to eliminate it will store as fat. 

The reason that over 75% of people in the United States are overweight is that our normal eating habits have consistently obstructed this all imports and elimination cycle. The truth is that we have been taking in more food at record pace, but we have not been getting rid of what we can't use. Since so many of us are accustomed eating a heavy breakfast, a heavy lunch, and a heavy dinner or body spends more time digesting and simulating and less time and energy towards eliminating. So to lose weight, the secret of success is getting rid of the toxic waste and excesses we carry around. 

Why not start each day with freshly juiced fruits, and a large fruit salad, fresh fruits as nature intended it. The beauty about eating fruits for breakfast and having fruit juices, is that you can have as much as you need to make you feel full. These foods to not interfere with the body's elimination process. 

So for breakfast you can have peaches, apples, pineapples, oranges, cantaloupe, plums, watermelon, nectarines and the list goes on and on. The beauty about eating breakfast this way, is that you will never get bored, because what ever fruits are in season you are free to eat to your hearts content. Dates and dried fruit should be avoided during this period of time if you're concentrating on losing weight. Although they are excellent natural energy foods, they are also very high in sugar and this is not in the best interest of your weight loss. 

Start your day with fresh fruit juices, about 18 to 14 ounces. Throughout the morning if you feel hungry you can eat a piece of fruit as needed. Have a minimum of two servings of fruit in any three hour. 

Following this way of eating breakfast for a couple weeks would increase your energy and help you to lose weight. Try it and see for yourself.
